Verbal reasoning.
Verbal reasoning is the ability to make a prediction and infer what is happening based on information that you already know. For example, if you see someone wearing a coat then you could reason that it’s cold or raining outside.
Oak National Academy has a section on Verbal Reasoning. There are a series of video lessons available to help you support your child.
